Nordson sells the same kind of industrial dispensing and finishing equipment as Graco's Industrial segment — pumps, applicators and automated systems for adhesives, sealants, liquid paint and powder coating — to the same manufacturing plants.
Ingersoll Rand's ARO air-operated diaphragm and piston pumps compete directly with the pumps of Graco's Process division for moving chemicals, food and industrial fluids inside plants.
Wagner's Titan and SprayTech airless sprayers compete head-on with Graco's Contractor segment for professional painters and for shelf space in paint stores and home centres.
Through its SAMES KREMLIN brands, EXEL supplies manual and robotic spray guns, paint pumps and powder-coating lines to the same industrial finishing customers Graco serves, mainly in Europe.
Anest Iwata makes spray guns, paint pumps and finishing systems for vehicle refinishing and industrial coating lines, the same applications Graco's finishing products are bought for, with a strong position in Asia.
